The most important conclusion of this study is that the negotiations between the parties ends when conflicts arise from property owners, and with this the time will be extended and be more costly. During the study it has been shown that good communication is the key to an effective and successful negotiation between the parties.The purpose of this study is to investigate how the practical procedure under expropriation is in relation to the legal text, in other words, describe and analyze the procedure for expropriation under current rules but also to explain how it operated in practice. This is to get a picture of how the process works and what effects it receives.Three methods were used for the study. A literature review for understanding how expropriation relates according to the law. A case study from an ongoing expropriation in Sundsvall municipality, and an interview with seven affected interested parties from the expropriation.Reviewed literature describes how the application of the Expropriation Act must go to as well as other research on the topic.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att beskriva, granska och jämföra expropriation, inlösen och rådighetsinskränkningar i två lagar: plan- och bygglagen och expropriationslagen. För att uppnå syftet användes en traditionell juridisk metod. De två lagarna skapades utifrån olika syften men uppsatsen visar att dessa ändå har likheter. Uppsatsen åskådliggör hur plan- och bygglagen hanterar inlösen och rådighetsinskränkningar medan expropriationslagen hanterar olika former av expropriation. Sedan granskas innebörden av bestämmelserna i ljuset av egendomsskyddet i den svenska grundlagen.

Following changes was made in august 2010; the deduction of tolerance was rescinded as well as the rule of presumption and a new rule was added saying that the market value/decrease in market value should be multiplied with 25 percent when the compensation was calculated. The aim of this thesis is to investigate how Trafikverket has experienced these changes from 2010.

Bakgrund Personer med en psykisk funktionsneds?ttning och som bor p? boende med s?rskild service har l?gre energi, motivation och sj?lvf?rtroende ?n personer utan en psykisk funktionsneds?ttning. De har en l?gre delaktighet i sociala, fysiska och meningsfulla aktiviteter ?n ?vrig befolkning. St?dassistenter st?ttar personer med en psykisk funktionsneds?ttning i vardagliga aktiviteter som st?dning, handla mat, f?lja med p? l?karbes?k eller n?gon fritidsaktivitet.

I denna uppsats g?rs en analys av de normkonflikter som finns mellan F?rs?kringskassans bed?mning av aktiviteter under aktivitetsers?ttning vid nedsatt arbetsf?rm?ga enligt 33 kap. 21 ? SFB, och svenska ?taganden enligt konventionen om r?ttigheter f?r personer med funktionsneds?ttning (CRPD). Bed?mningen handlar om en aktivitet kan antas ha en gynnsam inverkan p? den f?rs?krades medicinska tillst?nd, vilket kan strida mot CRPD:s r?ttighetssyn som f?rkastar medicinska definitioner av funktionsneds?ttningar.
